I am currently writing at Computelogy.com actively and that's why i sort of abandoned my own tech blog. Since i am too busy to be taking care of both sides, i guess this blog will go into hibernation for a very very long time. Regrettable, but then it's hard to come up with new posts & stuffs.

So once again, i am now writing actively at Computelogy. Feel free to visit there and enjoy our latest articles and posts!

Dictionary.NET is a Tiny and Smart Multilingual Translation Dictionary Free For Use

There are many free dictionary tools available for download online, but finding the right one with the right features can be tricky. I recently found a much newer dictionary tool which immediately attracts me because of its apparent benefits over others.

Dictionary.NET is a tiny and smart multilingual translation dictionary which is to say, it provides additional translation functions alongside its dictionary capabilities. It is capable of translation for up to 52 foreign languages and integrates Google Dictionary, Translate, Search and Suggest all-in-one without having to install anything, which explains the reason why its size is barely around 172 KB; an extremely small file size. As it does not require installation, Dictionary.NET can be used as a portable dictionary as well, making it a very flexible tool as well as being lightweight.

It is also highly customizable. Users can choose to select it to load it on startup, adjust its opacity, set hot keys, show text suggestions and even disable some languages translation option where it is regarded as not needed. On the other hand, there are ways of running a translation as well. For example, users can key in a single word to immediately find out its meanings or translate it, but they can also do the same thing by opening up a document with the words they would like to translate as a whole.

This free, lightweight and simplistically convenient tool is just what a user needs to keep on their PC. However, it must be reminded that it only works when there is a network connection available. Users that do not have permanent network connection might find this tool rather useless .

Download Dictionary.NET now by clicking this download link.

Note: Users need to decompress the contents using any file decompression tool such as WinZip, WinRAR or 7Zip.
