Macrium Reflect Disk Image Free Edition For Personal Use

Most home users do not have this sort of practice, but backing up important data is very important, otherwise the lost of data may cause you more trouble that you could ever imagine. Imagine you have a zillion video and snaps of important family occasions stored in your computer. You do not have any backup of any thing. If computer crash, you will suffer loss of such important data.

Some few days ago, I shared Paragon Drive Backup 9 Pro which you could get it free of cost. Macrium Reflect Disk Image also has a free edition for home user only. This backup software is best for taking backup of the entire disk but it does not let you take backup of a particular file or folder. It's limited, yes, but something is better than nothing!

However, talking of a technical advantage, Macrium Reflect Disk Image Free Edition is the only free XP and Vista compatible disk imaging software with BartPE and Linux based recovery options.

* Create a disk image whilst running Windows using Microsoft Volume Shadow
copy Service (VSS).

* Image to Network, USB, FireWire drives and DVD.
* Built in scheduler.
* 32 bit and native 64 bit versions.
* Industry leading compression levels and speed.
* Linux based Rescue CD with Network access and full GUI. Only 6.5MB in size!
* Built in CD/DVD packet writing engine. Supports packet writing to DVD DL
media with Windows Vista.

* HTML log files.

Click on the following web-link. It will lead you to the Macrium Reflect Disk Image Free Edition web-page. From there you will find a download link along with a full description of Macrium Reflect Disk Image Free Edition.
