Windows file deletion functions delete files just apparently: the underlying hard disk sectors, containing your sensitive data, are neither being emptied nor overwritten, thus making it easy to restore previously deleted files even without advanced technical knowledge. Additionally to overwriting sensitive files with random data Secure Eraser supports other acknowledged deletion standards (US DoD 5220.22-M E, US DoD 5220.22-M ECE, German standard, Peter Gutmann standard).

3 opinion:
I don't really understand what is this for>?
Welcome to this blog, Ktz4ever!
I assume that you mean 'these'. There are three products, Ktz4ever. First product is a HD multiple backup utility for backing up your stuffs to multiple medium of choice, second one is a data synchronization utility for synchronizing files (edit, delete, move files according to attributes)and the third one is a secure file deletion utility for deleting sensitive data like password, credit card number etc.
Since this is not my post (i'm currently on a short study leave) so i do not know all the details. You can contact my tech-blogging partner, Techgeek at softgeeek.blogspot.com for detailed information. I believe he'll post the same thing on his blog. You can make further comments there...=)
Hopefully i am of help to you!
Jame's explaination is good enough about my article. Thank You.
